Our Team
Office Staff
No company with 110 employees and hundreds of customers can operate successfully without a strong office leader. Alexa Landers, office manager for Keares Electric, keeps all things going with her efficient work ethics. She is the driving force behind all office activities for Keares Electric. Also, assisting Alexa with daily activities is Monica Corum who is new to the comany since February of this year.
Project Management
Leading each of our projects, we have a team of Project Managers including Steve Keares, Brian Marinari, Jon Williams, Matt Auker, Bob Raymond and Jim Dryer. Each individual is placed on projects according to their strengths and experiences to assure customer satisfaction as well as Safety, and QUALITY on every job every time.
Estimating
Dave Peters is our lead estimator. He works with assistants to provide dozens of customers, complete, aggressive numbers on every job. Bidding 10 to 15 jobs a week is not an unusual task for Keares Electric. With the support of the entire team, we handle increased loads and last minute needs on a daily basis. If you have a quick budget or a million dollar design-build, then Dave is the one to call to assure that your project receives the proper attention. Dave's assistants with his operations are Steve Bosna and Taylor Karpathios.
Low Voltage/Fire Alarm
Brian Marinari has always been our "go to guy" when it comes to Fire System. Jim Dreyer has been our lead PM on projects with extensive low voltage scopes and not a job goes by when Ed Buck or Eric Sears are not involved in the installation of a simple zoned system or a 4 story voice evacuated class a system. This part of our team gives us a competitive edge on every job and their skills are second to none.
Electricians
With 55 of the industries best electricians, all of which feel the Merit Shop Philosophy is better than the alternative representative methods, continually achieve self-fulfillment in their accomplishments. Not just as being great employees, but as independent individuals with a knowledge and skill of a trade that has helped build hundreds of quality projects. Lee Miller is an electrician who consistently brings his 110% to the job as a contribution to the company.
Apprentices
With an ongoing involvement in educating our younger trades men or women Keares Electric is dedicated.
Excavation Department
Rich Deremigio has taken his 30 plus years experience in the Electrical Industry and has become our leader in the excavation division, including all aspects of underground, including duct banks, concrete vaults, concrete bases as well as all aspects of all Aerial/ Underground.
Warehouse
Keares Electric warehouse Team Leader is Bill troupe. Bills' experience in construction has allotted him the ability to be a very vital part of the organization. Bill and his assistant are involved in many facets of daily operations.
Service Division
Jim Karpathios heads the 24-Hour Service division, resolving the everyday electrical needs of customers. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best price-sensitive and quality-oriented service possible.
